Simple healthy Breakfast

 

As a mother it’s always hard to have a quiet simple Breakfast

I always try my to eat clean and healthy for my body

I do love the combination of Oats and fruits and chia seeds with Soya milk !!FullSizeRender-11

Ingredients :

Oats
Blackberries
Raspberries
Chia seeds
Honig
Soya Milk

 

Preparation  :

1) Let the oats soak for 3 to 5 minutes in the boiled water, stir occasionally

2) sock the chia seeds with Soya milk separately

3) wash the fruits and get them ready

4) The finished oats sweetened with a bit of Honig 🍯 and add the washed fruits !!
