What should i eat for Breakfast today ?
This is the question we ask ourselves daily in the Morning….
I love to eat Breakfast in the morning and it has to be a quality way with the Family.
225g all poupose Flour
1/2 teaspoon salt, 150g sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teespoon baking powder
100ml milk, 4 eggs, 200g soft butter
1) Mix butter, sugar and salt altogether with the hand mixer till fluffy
2) Add eggs gently to the batter and mix altogether with the sugar and butter
3) Add flour, backing powder, nutmeg, cinnamon, milk and mix till the batter is completely soft
4) Leave the batter for 15min and in the mean time, preheat the waffle iron
Whilst the Wafflen iron is ready
Pour the batter onto the hot waffle iron by using spoon and cook until the waffle is brown.
Bake the waffle 2 min. till crisp
Repeat with the remaining batter
When all the waffles are cooked, please do serve immediately .
Waffles can be served with fruits of your choice
Tipp : I serve my waffles with natural Greek Yogurt and fresh Fruits like Strawberries, Blueberries, Banana and Raspberries .
